Do all plans get the same features?
Yes. Every plan includes the full platform — patient records, scheduling, online booking, billing, prescriptions, and everything else. The only difference between plans is how many practitioners your practice can have.
Does reception or admin staff count toward my practitioner limit?
No. Reception and admin roles are included on every plan and never count toward your practitioner limit — only doctors do.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, at any time. If your practice grows past your current plan’s practitioner limit, you can switch to a larger plan directly from your subscription page.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of your current billing period.
